Similar to our Swedish massage, our licensed massage therapist will use hot stones along the spine to help soothe the aches and pains that you are experiencing as well as relieve stress. A hot stone on a particular area can help to get rid of a knot quicker.

If you are pregnant, we recommend a prenatal massage that allows us to work on all of the aches and pains of motherhood. Regardless of what trimester you are in, this is a treatment that you can enjoy to the fullest. Prior to receiving this kind of treatment, we ask our guests to be at least 12 weeks along and check with their physician prior to making an appointment.

Cupping Therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which the therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. It allows more blood flow to that area to help with inflammation, pain, muscle relaxation and overall well-being.

Myofascial Release

“Myo” means muscle. “Fascial” refers to the connective tissue that covers and supports the muscles throughout your entire body. During myofascial release therapy, your therapist will be treating skeletal muscle immobility and pain by relaxing contracted muscles, improving blood and lymphatic circulation and stimulating the stretch reflex in muscles.
